We are an IT support and consultancy service based in Sunderland, Tyne & Wear.

2. How much experience do you have of computer hardware and software?

We have been building/repairing computers collectively for over 18 years. We have extensive knowledge of the latest hardware and software, from website design, PC installations to wireless networking and virus protection. There is very little that we cannot do.

3. Why are you offering these services?

We are always being asked to fix/upgrade computer equipment from friends, family and local businesses and believe there is a lot of demand for these services at a reasonable price.

4. Why should I use 1staidpc rather than a local computer shop or large high street stores?

We offer a personal and professional service and believe our prices are less than what a computer shop would charge. Work can also be done at your convenience.

5. What guarantee do you give for your work?

We guarantee that any services provided will be of the highest possible standard.
We provide 30 days guarantee with any home repairs we do, a business guarantee can vary depending on work carried out.  
Hardware purchased for a customer will come with the manufacturers standard guarantee.
